Hot Spinach Dip!






Hot Spinach Dip!



Ingredients: 

1 10 oz box of frozen spinach
1 cup of real mayo
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 cloves of fresh garlic minced
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Stir all ingredients together and only use half cup of parmesan cheese, use the rest for topping.

Use an oven safe casserole dish and spray with cooking spray and pour mixture in dish.

Top with remainder of parmesan cheese

Bake for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
